Commitment Letter from |

In a new partnership with Caring Kids Television, BLUEPRINT ENTERTAINMENT has agreed to produce a minimum of 13 episodes of the ground-breaking new TV series, The Doo-its Show for broadcast on PBS. The Doo-its Show is one of the most original and unique series for kids that we’ve ever seen. Although the subject matter can be quite serious, the creators of The Doo-its Show have managed to effectively communicate their message in an original, fun, and entertaining way, using song, dance, animation, puppets and even celebrities passionate about the causes. We enthusiastically support the mission of The Doo-its Show and look forward to producing an excellent quality product that will treat the often sensitive subject matter with the respect and dignity that these important causes deserve. As a fully integrated television production and distribution company based in Los Angeles and Toronto, BLUEPRINT develops, produces, finances and distributes on a worldwide basis an eclectic mix of high quality television programming. In the case of The Doo-its Show, BLUEPRINT intends to commit to finance approximately 50% of the costs of production through a Canadian co-production. In addition, because of Blueprint’s international reach through its foreign sales company Oasis International, it intends on “pre-selling” The Doo-its Show to broadcast partners in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Ultimately, through the Blueprint/Oasis distribution network, The Doo-its Show will be seen in over 100 countries around the world. ABOUT BLUEPRINT ENTERTAINMENT/BLUEPRINT KIDS BLUEPRINT ENTERTAINMENT was founded by John Morayniss and Noreen Halpern in 2002. In the past five years, BLUEPRINT has grown into a thriving independent studio known for delivering dynamic and innovative programming for the worldwide marketplace. Most recently, BLUEPRINT has brought into its fold two strategic investors and industry heavyweights, Jeff Sagansky (formerly Entertainment President at CBS and President of Tristar Pictures) and Robert Lantos (formerly Chairman and CEO of Alliance Communications Corporation). Prior to launching BLUEPRINT ENTERTAINMENT, Mr. Morayniss was head of television for Alliance Atlantis, one of the world’s largest television production companies (producer of the hit CSI franchise). As head of television, Mr. Morayniss was responsible for all development and production activities, overseeing all primetime programming including movies and mini-series, series, entertainment reality programming, all children's and family programming under the AAC Kids banner, and all comedy programming through the Alliance Atlantis production subsidiary, Salter Street Films. As Senior Vice President of Animation & Children’s Programming, Frank Saperstein heads up all of BLUEPRINT’s animation and children’s development and production, as well as all related ancillary businesses.
